• Shopper will visit required departments as specified on the evaluation form. Shopper will interact with an associate in each of those departments.
• Shopper will evaluate customer service provided by the associates in the required departments and observe cleanliness and displays in the store.
• Shopper is required to make a purchase and return of any item in the store.
