We are scheduling shops at Crowne Plaza Hotels throughout the US and Canada. You will make a room reservation and check into the hotel. You will NOT stay at the hotel and your room charges will not be posted to your credit card. The shop is ONLY evaluating the check in process. It's a quick shop at the hotel and a short survey with yes/no type responses and very limited narrative.

The shops currently posted are for checking into the hotel any day EXCEPT Tuesday and Wednesday. You may only make a reservation for Monday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. You will complete the shop on the day you have reserved for check in at the hotel.

You will receive $25 for completing this shop. No purchase! You will provide a copy of your hotel reservation booked online AND the paperwork received at the hotel during the check-in process.

Again, you will book a REFUNDABLE room reservation, check into the hotel and shortly thereafter present the Front Desk Associate with a letter to reverse all charges and check you out. You will NOT visit the room or go anywhere else in the hotel. No other observations except for the front desk check in process.

Please Note: If you want to stay at the hotel out of pocket, you may choose to stay overnight at your own expense. The shop fees will not increase because you choose to stay at the hotel. The hotel overnight is not a part of this shop.
