Are you a man who likes to shop for suits? We need male shoppers 21 years or older for a high-end fashionable men's suit mystery shop.
FEMALE Shoppers- Please sign your male SO up for his first shop. You can go with him and help with the report, but it must be done under a male shoppers account.
I will give a HERO Citation for any shoppers that refer a new shopper for this project.
The objective is to evaluate the sales performance and service quality delivered in a fashionable suit/apparel store. This will allow our client to support and train the team members in each store to improve the quality of their service. The quality of the comments that you will provide is of the highest importance to the store managers and their teams. We ask that shoppers are honest and detailed in their comments, so we can fully understand what occurred during the shop visit.

• You MUST be a MALE who is 21 years old or older to conduct this shop.
• You MUST be someone who can fit into the suit sizes available at fashion retailers in order to successfully conduct this shop.
• You are REQUIRED to interact with at least ONE store team member.
• You are REQUIRED to try on a suit in the fitting room.
• You MUST get a photo of yourself in the suit you try on. The photo is to capture you from chin to toe.
• You MUST be willing to make a purchase and return, but it does NOT have to be for a suit. Although you will be shopping for and trying on a suit (the main focus of this shop), for the purchase/return segment you can simply purchase a smaller item (such as a tie, belt, socks, etc…) Please return the item after at least two or more hours have passed.
• You MUST obtain receipts for your purchase/return. Remember, for the purchase/return segment you can simply purchase a smaller item (such as a tie, belt, socks, etc..). Please return the item after at least two or more hours have passed.
• You MUST obtain the Name and physical appearance of the main Sales Advisor who served you (Gender, age, height, hair color/style, uniform description).
• You MUST visit the location at least 2 hours before their closing time so you have enough time to conduct the shop and interact with a store associate.
• You MUST spend at least 30 minutes for the visit, do not rush through the visit!
• You MUST take a photo of the exterior or the store that clearly shows the store sign/logo.
• You MUST take a photo of the window display.
