**This shop can only be done from Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.**
**IMPORTANT – You must CALL AHEAD to confirm store location days/hours of operation. Some locations may be closed on Mondays, so it is important that you call before your visit. You will not be paid for attempting a visit when the store location is closed**
- All data and uploads must be submitted before midnight on the day you complete the shop. (You must print off a blank hard copy of the form - please fill it out, sign or initial it, and then upload each page to the bottom of your online report where indicated.)

The focus of this mystery shop is that you will be pretending to be shopping for an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) for your 14-year-old son or grandson. You will be reporting back on what models are being recommended to you based on that scenario.

You must conduct the shop alone. In particular, do NOT bring a child or youth with you on the shop.

The shop itself will take about 30 minutes, the survey is approximately 20 questions long and there ARE some open-ended responses required.

You are to collect a written quote AND a business card whenever possible. It is fine if the quote is written on the back of a business card. The quote must include the ATV model AND the price quoted. You must upload both the written quote and the salesperson’s business card. Be sure to get the salesperson's name.
