**Children are now approved to do the exam and get glasses as long as the shopper accompanies them.
You will be making a purchase of an exam AND either prescription eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses. You can NOT purchase contact lenses. Please do not mention or use your personal insurance during your Pre-Visit call or otherwise.
This shop must be completed by one adult, or the child of shopper.
Pre-visit recorded call and photos are required.
