o Shop pays $10 fee + up to $7 reimbursement
o No tip/gratuity is required
Shop overview:
o Will need to read and understand all guidelines and pass a guidelines quiz to certify readiness to shop
o Report on the Customer Service, Cleanliness, Food Standards and Team member Performance in a survey with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Complete a Shop Visit and then a Phone Call
o Dine-in in the Dining Area (no take-out or seating in the bar/patio) and evaluate the restroom during dine-in
o Take a clear Photo of your order before eating
o Ordering Requirements: (choose ONE option from the following)
o 2 tacos
o 1 burrito
o 1 salad
o 1 grilled sandwich
