We have Video Shops

We are trying to track and measure:

- Response time
- Follow up communications


The process:

- Shopper would fill out the form on the community specific page (between 9-10AM)
- Take a screen shot of the confirmation page (insert in a Word Doc)
- Screen shot automated email response (add to Word Doc)

- Community should do a follow up call - don't answer - put information in report and SAVE

- Screen shot any follow up email (add to Word Doc)

- Call the Team member at designated time through the recording system
- If no time designated, respond to the email asking for times
- Screenshot all responses (add to Word Doc)
- Conduct call on Prophet recording line
- Fill out the rest of the form and SUBMIT
- No weekend. M-Th between 9-10 AM

- After all the follow-up emails and phone calls, you will do an ON-SITE VIDEO shop (please use your own machine)
