Are you someone who likes to shop for sports apparel and shoes/sneakers? If so, we have the perfect assignment for you. This shop requires you to make a purchase and to return to the store 30 minutes later to return the item. When returning the item you will state a reason for the return.

• You are REQUIRED to take a photo of the store front that includes the window promotional display and the name/logo on the store sign.
• You are REQUIRED to interact with at least ONE store team member. You will need to remember the names and physical features of the retail assistants who attended to you throughout the visit.
• You are REQUIRED to try on an article of clothing in the fitting room.
• This shop REQUIRES you to make a purchase and to return to the store 30 minutes later to return the item. When returning the item you will state a reason for the return (see shopper guidelines). You MUST return the item you purchased so an evaluation can be made on how the retail assistant handles the return.
• You will be REQUIRED to upload an image of the purchase receipt and return receipt to your shop report.
• You are REQUIRED to obtain the name and describe the physical appearance of the main store team member(s) who assisted you (Gender, approximate age, height, hair color/style, and uniform description).
