Requirements:
Meet with the health insurance enroller. If the enroller is not present, you can meet with another enroller.
Ask about acquiring insurance for a family member with the provided scenario.
Let the Enroller guide the conversations.
Do not enroll or provide personal information or make follow up appointment.
Make sure to take the required photos.
If no enroller is present, you must wait 15 minutes for one to show up. Photos are still required to show proof that you waited 15 minutes.
A report with your findings is submitted on our website.
