KSS is scheduling shops at a well known fast food pizza chain. Shoppers can go during lunch 11:30am-1:30pm or dinner 5-7pm.For this assignment you will observe and report on the exterior of facility, customer service, cleanliness, food quality, and order taker/cashier.
You will need to order the required item, but you add other items to your order. Multiple photos are required for this shop.
Shop payment is $5 plus a $12 reimbursement.
