Market Viewpoint has apartment shop sets for student off-campus living. Shoppers will make a web inquiry to ask a general question, then will go to the property as a walk-in.
There are 2 reports. The Leasing report covers the web inquiry and the interaction with the leasing agent for the tour. The Overall Community Excellence report covers the property itself (curb appeal, overall maintenance, etc.)
Pay for Leasing shop is $50 + $10 Bonus. Pay for OCE shop is $10. Total pay per location is $70.
Due date is 7/26. **Web inquiry needs to be done on a separate day from the walk-in visit.
Locations are in Mansfield, Philadelphia, York.
