CLIENT EVALUATION OUTLINE:
You must be 21 or older and bring a guest with you to complete this shop.

You are to measure all aspects of a typical dining experience. This is a regular dining shop, not a bar shop. You will evaluate everything from point of entry, greeting, speed of service, housekeeping standards, friendliness, product knowledge, food quality, suggestive selling, integrity, the ringing of the sale, and closing greeting.

CLIENT REQUIRED PURCHASES:
1. Appetizer: Only ONE appetizer is required. Guest is not covered so you can share if you’d like.
2. Alcohol Beverage: Only ONE alcoholic beverage is required but Guest is covered to also have ONE alcoholic beverage if they’d like.
3. Main Dish: Only ONE main dish is required but Guest is covered to also have ONE main dish if they’d like.
4. Dessert: Only ONE dessert is required. Guest is not covered so you can share if you’d like.

CLIENT TIPPING:
The client requires that you please tip at 18%. - For example, 18% of $25 is $4.50. What you do is multiply your bill amount by 18% and this will give you the tip amount that you will leave.

CLIENT REQUIRED PHOTOS:
• Front of the location as you arrive.
• Front of the location as you are leaving.
• Receipt.
