zoompanel app on Facebook, website is www.zoompanel.com but im not sure if they post surveys through them ---> 2 free movie tickets so far (1100 pts a piece and each survey completed is between 50-225 pts) they do not tell you the pt amount before you take the survey however... also i won a free Ipad 2 from their contest in december sold it for $350... non qualifying surveys get your 5 pts plus a sweeps entry...
www.surveysavvy.com ---> got invited to a communispace panel through them that was run by a motor oil (Quaker state?) company, $15 a month for 4 posts/questions, some of the stuff was pretty boring so i stopped... made... probably $115 though
