Social Security Disability Ruleas

I started out on SSDI when I was 59. I am now 63 and I want to know if I am still considered under SSDI or regular Social Security and what are the rules for working while on SSDI or SS...anybody know?

Marigold,
Go to your nearest SS office and talk to them.

I believe that you will remain on disability unless your status changes. You can work on SS and SSDI. The cap for SS is something like 14-16000 per year. SSDI is lower.
I suggested confering directly with SSA because the penalties for being wrong can be very severe.
