First and formost, I am sorry to see a fellow male shopper who is forced to sleep on the couch every night. That would be the only reason I can think of for the way you seem to belittle our female shoppers. If you think so little of how some shop, perhaps its time for a career change for you. Consider your future in cosmotology or perhaps hair care. Something that is better suited to your lifestyle and temperment.

Next. Thank you for saving me some money. I had considered going to Vegas for the convention. However, the thought of running into someone with your attitude has changed my mind.

I have enjoyed most of the $5 shops I have done in the past. Everyone has to start somewhere. I agree the pay is too low. They are an excellent source of training to be a Mystery Shopper. Doing these lead to bigger and better things. You gain a reputation with MSC's. You start getting calls for bonused/last minute shops.

If you are so worried about low end shops hurting the job market, maybe you should concentrate on the illegal alien problem.

Shopping expenses is a concern that everyone shares. Increased wear and tear on a vehicle needs to be factored in. Along with printer ink and paper. My ink carts are refilled by Walgreens. last longer that the origionals. Paper I have a ton of from previous OM promotions. And even a newbie learns to print only the first page or just save the PDF to their desktop.

I and many here, do not have the time to watch Oprah. Perhaps you would be good enough to lets us know what we are missing...winking smiley

Thanks ladies! I do not understand why this Chucklehead is so down on female shoppers. "Housecoats?". I'll bet if it wasn't for a certain housecoat, he would have skid marks in his britches wider than railroad tracks...winking smiley Mr.C

Maybe she threw him out and he just hates women. Or maybe he had a grump for a mother and hates women. Maybe his mother walked out on him due to his effervescent personality. :-)

I was thinking Mommy issues...but then again, I watch too many psycho shows smiling smiley

He seems to hold a stronger grudge toward Moms too, how drag along their little crumb crunchers.... Seriously? Let's just hope he hasn't procreated.

For my two cents, this exchange is not productive and is a vicious circle, until someone changes course. Peacesmiling smiley
Perhaps the person who has flung the misogynistic insults around might change his.

Mert. Your two cents are always welcome. The intent of my posting is to let someone else know what its like to be on the receiving end of the stick.
That in itself might be productive...winking smiley

I think it is more likely that rather than a domineering or absent mother, Beisen had a mother who was psychologically, if not also physically, abused by his father. He most likely heard his dad belittling his mom and calling her stupid and useless to get those ideas in his own head.

I honestly hope he is not married, because I fear for his wife if he is.
Call me crazy, but I don't think BEisen is married. I'm betting divorced. I'm also betting he grew up in a rough neighborhood and then moved to where he is now. Beisen is the kind of guy who would use a bicycle to get around, I'm sure. I'd be shocked if he weren't in trouble with the law now and then.

I don't want to comment on his father. It wouldn't be fair to speak poorly of an 80-something year old guy who can't defend himself on the forum, you know?

Sniff Sniff....All I got to say is BUCK UP Buckaroo. We all have had difficulties and dysfunction in our lives and most of us don't take it out on others or use it as a vise.

Maybe he needs to get out of the Florida heat and find some snow. That usually perks people up.

Well, gotta go...must go put on my pearls and finish vaccuuming the house in heels before my dear husband comes home for supper. Ta Ta Darlings!
What is Ward having for dinner tonight? :-)
