Eat This, Not That

Anyone else read this series of books, or checked out the website (eatthis.com)_? Lemme tell you, not for the faint of heart FF lover.

It's really cool, and my current "diet" bible, since I am too much of a foody to go all gerbil food 24/7.

I like the restaurant version because I can continue to do all my dining shops and make better decisions on what I order. The supermarket version is also an eye opener and now I take it into the store with me (and hide my notes inside).

Costco has the cheapest price, about $6 less than anywhere else Ive found if you are interested, it really is fascinating!

My hubby found that book at the library a few months ago. It was very interesting reading. Scary, too.. how much fat and calories are in some foods.
And I thought this thread was going to have a really good cheesecake recipe or something....
You need a really good cheesecake recipe? Oh man have I got one!! smiling smiley
You can't just tease us like that, Flash!!

JayTee...what does AATMAB stand for?
Not a tease. PM me if you want the recipe. We just don't really have a recipe area on this board.
We could start one...

Oh, sorry, I forgot I put that on there.

AATMAB stands for: Almost Anything To Make A Buck.
Like that! Do you have business cards for that? That should be in the thread "what do you tell friends when they ask what you do"

So what else do you TMAB?

We do have business cards, we actually have a home business license, with our initials and AATMAB.

When people ask what it stands for I generally tell them it's an acronym that represents the different work we do.

Among other things, we buy and sell on ebay, do online surveys, find things free on Craigslist that can be refurbished and sold.
My wife teaches couponing classes to local church and community groups, for a stipend.

I grow herbs and sell them to local restaurants.

and of course, almost anything else, to make a buck...
Solidgloria - I absolutely love that your hubby goes to the Library! I go also and have done so all of my life. People don't know what they are missing! By the way, I will definitely have to check out the Eat This/Not That (or whatever it's called) website!
