The shooting the Omaha Mall.

As fellow mystery shopping, I live in Omaha Ne, I would like to ask everyone on this forum to remember the 8 victims that was killed yesterday in the shooting at The Westroads Mall. These people were murdered by a coward yesterday. So please keep these 8 victims families in your prayers today.

Absolutely!...Especially at this time of the year. The holidays sure won't be the same for all of their families and friends. Thanks. Glad that you are well.

Considering that it was so close to you and that you might have done shops at the mall and been familiar with it, are YOU doing ok?
I did a mystery shop there on wednesday at 1:05 at a kiosk in front of von maur, where the shooting happened and at 1;30 i walked through the store because I parked in front of von maur and the shooting happened at about 1:42. If I had waited just a few mins I would have walked right pass him. Right now I cant even drive by that mall. I have decided to give cash for christmas, because I dont even want to go to a store to shop. If you want to see some of the video, you can go to cnn.com, the police have release some of the video. The door that he walked in, is the door that I go in and out when I went to the mall, because the parking is good on that side. Thanks for asking. If it happens here in Omaha then I can happen anywhere.
WOW! Talk about being someplace at the "right" time!

I understand what you're saying about Christmas gifts and don't blame you.

Stay in touch here and let us know how you are doing. And, yes, (as we have seen in Colorado yesterday), it CAN happen anywhere. Be safe and best wishes for a successful and happy shopping career and a Merry Christmas!
You are so right. The only reason I didnt stop in the Von Maur store when I was walking through its above my price range. I cancelled on shop for today, I dont know if I can ever go back in there. thanks for your concern.

Did you REALLY need to go there? I hated Bush as Prez, but it didn't mean I wanted him assassinated. We are talking about a human life here, like him or not.

Politicians may be horse's patooties but I don't want to see them killed either. Maybe shipped away on a barge destined for parts unknown but not killed.

Feck off, seriously. As a Dem, I know of so many people who always told me I should respect the Pres no matter what because he is the Pres. It's odd though that it only seemed to apply when there was a Rep Pres. What's up with that?

I didn't need to but I wanted too. Free speak is still legal in this country, I think.
Just being something is legal to say doesn't make it appropriate, George.

We already have a MS board that applauds attitudes like your yours, and many of us come here to avoid that. You're just stirring up Sh***, so how about you back off and play nice?
I posted this post in memory of eight brave people that was killed in a senseless act. This is not about freedom of speech, the president or the government. So please lets remember how these murders happened and this man had no right to take eight lives while they were working or just doing their Christmas shopping. There was only one person to blame for all of this, an 18 year old kid named Robert.

This post was in response to HReid's ridiculous sniper rant. He has been deactivated and had his posts removed. As such, I deleted it.
