Not all of us go to the big conferences, so we often don't have much opportunity to meet other MSers. I do lots of long-distance routes and try to invite other forum members out for coffee when I am in their area. I know others do the same. Perhaps we should have a meet & greet section on the forum? It could double as a "I need a shopping/dining partner" section. Meanwhile..

I will be in St Louis this weekend, and KC for most of next week. Anyone want to grab coffee?

She posts sometimes. She schedules for Servimer for Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota and manages that region. She is a real MS pro who also has a large family active in many things like sport sand scouts. She must be the world's best time manager !!

I've met three shoppers, and became friends with two, Steve, who taught me a bit about hotels one hundred years ago, and SandyF, whom I've met and email, also Eric in Tampa gave me a call while passing through my town, we talked for an hour. I really like it, so whoever comes my way, open invite.

Central Louisiana here. Very diverse area of the state. We have Cajuns, Rednecks, Good Ole Boys, Blacks, Whites,Indians, Creoles. Would love to meet fellow shoppers. I once wore a red hair band around my neck for a Halloween get together. One of the guests was very offended. I love the diverse cultures here.

Central Louisiana HERE!!! FriedOkra!!! Only if its cooked correctly!! Haha! Im in the Alexandria area; center state location. And diversity is definately here in the lower end of the united states- its the melting potluck meal of the bayous and canals, rivers and streams that dip into the gulf of mexico full of some of the craziest individuals i have ever encountered complete with a very spicy and well seasoned variety of outlandish parties for unknown reasons, mardi gras that lasts for days, unheard of outdooring adventures that no one can explain but damn they're fun, the outback, backwoods, redneck, cajun, creole, french history complete with stories that anyone not from here could possibly believe but every word is true and crazy corners for us each to remind ourselves that there is always crazy in everyone's corner, it takes coming to Louisiana to find it and let it all out!!!

If anyone is in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, or anywhere in the GTA one can get to easily by transit, and wants to grab a coffee or a meal or wants to be my dinner companion (I would do the same them) for shops requiring one, send me a PM.

As for me, I shop mainly Manitoba. Anyone else that does that on this forum?

I live 45 miles west from San Antonio. If any shoppers are passing through I would love to meet you. I also have a regular Mon-Fri job so it's easier on weekends.
