Already stocking up for Christmas by Earning Free Amazon Cards

Don't laugh but I have already started getting ready for Christmas. You all have been great to help me out with advice and tips so I decided to share with you. I was referred to a website by my daughter-in-law. I really just signed up to help her out, because she got points for me signing up. I did get 30 points for being referred. You use it to do searches and it is powered by Google and Ask.com, not every time you do a search but at random you are awarded points and the points can be cashed in for prizes including Amazon gift cards. You can download the tool bar or not. I have found that I earn more points using the tool bar. Long story short I have earned four $5.00 Amazon cards in just 6 weeks just doing what I would be doing anyway. They have other things you can do to earn more points like taking surveys and playing games if you are into those kinds of things. I am not. It is called Swagbucks if you are interested in checking it out. If you decide to give it a try use this referral link:
[swagbucks.com]
That way you can get 30 free points for being referred and I can earn a few points after you start earning extra points.

I do Swagbucks as well. You can get 4-5 points every day just by visiting the surveys link (whether or not you take them), clicking through on NOSO (no obligation offers), taking the daily poll and refreshing your toolbar (when that works -- it's temperamental). The surveys can be annoying. It's great when you get one, but sometimes you can spend quite a few minutes answering questions before you find out you don't qualify.

As for the searches, I find that I can get "bucks" for searching up to about 3 times a day, spaced out over time. The real bounty, however, are the codes, which require some work and diligence to find.

I cash in my Swagbucks for Amazon cards as well. You may have realized this already, but just in case you haven't, it's more cost effective to cash in at 450 SB for the $5.00 cards than it is save up SB to get the ones in higher increments.
Swagbucks got me a Wii Fit for Christmas by earning Amazon gift cards. Funds were dang tight for us and Swagbucks saved Christmas!
I see this is not new to some of you. Don't you just love it. Free is always a good thing. Not sure what happened to the referrel link that I had in my original post. It is www.swagbucks.com/refer/TheAvonLady10
I would appreciate any that are interested to use my referrel link. I could use the help and you will get the 30 points.
I signed up with them a few months ago thinking I would get emails. So glad I went to this forum. Went back and had 75 points, (but don't remember how I got that far). Now I have close to 200 points as of today. It took some time but Had nothing else to do. I'm just wondering what is the best way to get bigger points. Did the polls, videos, web searches (made 50 points on my first try!) and free sign ups. I also like MY Survey.com. Have made over $40.00 in cash in the last 60 days and on my way for more. I am not sure about about one of their (Swagbucks) questions though. But I'm going back in a few to check it out. OH, and if I refer anyone do I get the 30 points or do they need to sign up and then you get the 30 points, un clear about how that works.
It was Swag Code. I hit GIMME then it said Please enter a valid promotion code. What is that?
Thanks to anyone who can answer this for me.
OK I wouldn't add another tool bar for just anyone, but I trust you guys to know what you are doing. I'm going to try this out. If I can get free gift cards, they will get more stuff for my Christmas shoebox ministry projects. lol

Yes, iblessyah, I am also envolved with shoebox minisrty and have been for many years as my son attends a private christian school and our most enjoyment during the holidays is to fill a shoebox for a needed child in a third world country. But as of the economy and small business owners it has taken the wind out of our breath, but there will always be a Christmas shoebox for a child, here (USA) or in another country. Even if I have to go to a garage sale I will never stop the the program "Project Christmas Child." Just thought I would get a good idea on how not to waste my gas but to earn money for the children and my own child.
Personally I found this too time consuming to be worth the while, same with any of the survey companies. They give you points or swagbucks so you forget that you just spent 15 minutes of your time and got paid a few pennies. Every once in awhile I'll get sent products to try out or I am doing a live survey panel tonight that pays $20 for an hour which is nice. In the end though you'll make more money and can buy more amazon cards doing unbonused Corporate Research shops than this.

I'm having a hard time with this swag buck ordeal. Seems like the last few times I have been there it takes alot to try to get some points. And finding those codes, whats up with that. I'm sticking to my 3 favorite ones. I checked the bbb today on alot of these survey companies and boy some have some horrible ratings! Had one e-mail from one today that I have been taking surveys for and when thay started asking me about my personal finances I said no,no,no! Checked the bbb on them and they had an F-.
I have wasted enough time trying to find codes and such. The search engine is slow too. I do get a swagbuck each day for having the toolbar but don't have time to use it when google is faster and produces more from a search.

There are a few things you can do daily to get bucks.

Every morning, I sign in and do the daily poll (one buck), NOSO (no obligation offers, just hit 'skip' on each one and enter the code at the end, when prompted -- it's worth 2 bucks now, used to be one), visit the survey page (worth one buck just for the visit) and I refresh the toolbar, I don't even search (worth one buck when it works, but it doesn't always.)

Other easy things to do -- keep your eyes on the main page for videos that say bonus bucks. There was one there this morning, but it's gone now. As for searching, I search about five times a daily when I'm online, spread out throughout the day/night. I will do a few searches in a row if necessary, anywhere from three to five, and I usually get bucks three times a day. I really think that's the max they'll do it, just three times daily, and you have to spread out the searches. And if you over search, the software will sense it.
HEARD THAT! BUT IF OTHERS ENJOY IT AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEN THATS A GOOD THING!
