Store Surveys

When shopping on your own time, do you ever take the store survey? I have seen them where you get a "free" sandwich/drink/whatever and I have seen them where you get entered into a chance to win a gift card.

On a whim, I took at ShopRite survey as they appear to no longer be shopped. The survey is almost identical to the MAO company survey and the platform appears to be run by that company as well. I am curious if they get more results this way.

I take the surveys if it's something that I want and it's free. For instance, when KFC offered free To Go cups for filling out a survey, I was on it.

Same I did a Blaze Pizza survey, however it was only for a free desert soooo, I won't be doing those anymore.
I used to do the Wendy's survey about 10 years ago when you got a free sandwich. I would buy something off their dollar menu and then get a free full sized sandwich for next visit. They finally changed it to an order of fries or something like that so I stopped doing the surveys.
Occasionally, I do fill these out if I get a freebie. I don't really bother if it is an entry into a sweepstakes. I have filled one out for a local gas station after their pumps were annoyingly not working correctly and the cashier was in denial about it. Then the following week the pumps were fixed.
Nice to see they actually paid attention to the feedback. It was used as it should have been.

I completed a survey on Olive Garden once when I received what I considered unacceptable help from a manager when I had a complaint. I got a gift card and apparently they somehow realized it was from corporate because I got more than stellar service from them when I used it.
I did a Wendy's survey last Sunday. I was on a route and my go to for fast food ChickfilA is closed on Sundays. I ordered in the app which said the dining room was open until 11P. I thought I would sit down and do the reports for the day. I ordered at 8:15P proceeded to the dining room and the door was locked. I went back to my car and joined the drive thru which served 1 car at a time. There were 2 cars ahead of me to get to the speaker. I got to the speaker at 8:50P and explained I had ordered on the app. Employee said no I didn't so I went to the window to show the email receipt for my order. First she insisted that I never placed the order, another employee found the order and told me to pull around to the side door and wait. The app said the curbsite pickup was closed but I saw 3 cars go to the curbside parking spaces without going thru the drive thru, employees came out with the large bags of food. I finally received my order at 9:10P, burger was cold and cheese not melted, no salt fries, had extra salt. It could not have been worse.
