Fetch

Has anyone tried this? You scan receipts and get points, then turn points in to get rewards.

I've been using it for a few years and have cashed out probably about $500 worth of gift cards and gotten a few free magazine subscriptions as bonus offers. It only takes me a second to snap a pic and I have a few other receipt apps, so I wind up getting a few hundred in rewards every year. I usually start cashing things out in October to use for the holidays.
swagbucks, mypoints, and inboxdollars are much better. or if you want you can combine them.
you can turn one reciept into $0.02 every day. adds up a lot quicker. i really dont buy any name brand products so its not worth it. if you look most of the time its cheaper to get store brands than buy the name brands and get rewards.

You can definitely do both/all. Fetch gives 25 points per receipt which is about the same as .02 and it now has a "daily spin" where you can win bonus points. I've won $3 but I'm in a Fetch group on fb and some people have won an extra $5 or $10 on a receipt. You can still scan a receipt full of store brands, I don't go out of my way to buy brands for rewards back.

I use this all the time. I usually check the app before heading to target or walmart to see what has big bonus points. For awhile they had dove body wash at like 2,000 points so I stocked up. Same with fudge striped cookies. My son and husband love those and they had huge bonus points on them for a long time. I just kept buying them. I still have some! As long as it is stuff I normally use or buy, but I am not buying something special just to get points.

But I have gotten many gift cards to panera, amazon, etc. It does add up. I steal receipts from my friends and family now!!
Be careful of this, you can be deactivated for using other people's receipts. I've read on a FB group that some have been deactivated and they lose all their points. I don't know how they figure it out, but they do.

I normally don't buy name brand, but snap all my receipts for 25 points, they do add up. I've probably cashed out a couple of hundred the last few years. It adds up.

Yes, I know someone that worked at a store and she would save customer receipts and then snap them. That is getting a little carried away and she did get deactivated for it. But she was doing the maximum number of receipts every day. Way to draw attention to yourself.
My mom will sometimes give me her receipts and I'm like "there's a $2 rebate on this!" lol
I rarely hit the max with Fetch but some of my other receipt apps have lower limits, I set up accounts for my husband as my "overflow" account.

I do my points and have for over 10 years!! I do emails, surveys and receipts!!! Used to do inbox dollars too. I like Google Opinion Rewards and have $27 to get more games. smiling smiley Also do Life point surveys, YouGov and others...... It's all FUN and REWARDING.....
Why quit Inbox Dollars? They give way more paid emails/ad clicks than mypoints. Also the flash games and searches fill the scratch and win for every day pay outs.

Yes, it does take a long time to get a lot of points, but it doesn't take long to scan your receipts. No hoops to jump through like having to buy specific items like other apps. I don't normally buy name brand unless I don't have a choice. Fetch actually saved me yesterday. I had mailed a return to a company, $150 item. Had not received the credit for over a month. When I called them, they said they needed the tracking number because they had not received the item. I could not find the receipt, then remembered I had scanned it for points. Called them with the tracking number and information, time and date handed to an individual, and what do you know, your refund will be there in 5 to 7 days.
