News on Northeast grocery chain

There's been some chat on the forum about the discontinuance of shops for these chains.

I noticed this today in business news:

Northeast Grocery, Inc., the parent company of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Tops Friendly Markets, is reportedly exploring a sale of the grocery chains. Reuters reported that the company is working with investment bank UBS to potentially sell the business, which includes nearly 300 stores across New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire. The potential sale could fetch a valuation of over $1 billion, including debt.
