I see your Woof! and raise you a WOOF!

I always say hi to dogs I see on my routes.

Their owners not so much...

I spent years in the dog biz before I got into the music biz.

My dad owned the largest boarding kennel in Dallas, and finished almost 70 Scottish Terrier champions. Spent all kinds of fun times cleaning runs and traveling to shows as a kid.

My mom and sis still do Scotties.

I'm now a certifiable Wiener Dog fanatic. Had a couple of Dobies with ex #1. Ex #2 got me into Dachshunds, so I'm thankful for that, if not much else.

The adjunct professor/mystery shopper lifestyle is not right for having a dog.

Why I look forward to my weekends at the GF's with Cooper the Boston Terrier who is mostly a good boy.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
Our woof babies are so, so loved. So today is National Dog Day. DH said, "So what? Every day is National Dog Day here."

For real.

I am loving your experience Cool Music but why not speak to the Doggy parents/families? We have met so many people and have become friends with many of them.

SEA, I love it and am sad when the the barks change as they mature. Puppy love, almost 10 months now was high pitched and still is in certain instances. He 'boofs' when he is on guard. His normal bark is deeper now. Sr. love baby rarely barks but does yell at you when he gets mad.

I've been an akita owner since I was 4 years old. My last akita passed a couple years after we moved here, and it seems there is a back yard breeder near Memphis and another one somewhere in Northern Florida or SouthEastern Georgia. But there are precious few akitas available near me here.

I seem to always have 4 - 5 dogs, no akitas at the moment, but as soon as I find a handsome young man that hasn't been altered until he became an adult, I'll grab him up and run with him (or actually, walk very slowly). Or an unaltered puppy, in rescue, from a rescue that will trust me to have him altered when he's old enough.

Right now I have a schipperke mutt named Da Beau, he's a little anti-social, he won't interact with other dogs, or even most other humans. He is the one that someone deposited in my fenced yard a few months after we moved here. Then there is Ms. Rita Hayworth, my Anatolian Shepherd that I bought from a working farm to watch my goats, and then my son sold my goats because they were getting sick and the vet wouldn't come out to care for my herd. So now I have an Anatolian Shepherd that prefers being inside in the AC.. I also have 2 of the 3 puppies that were abandoned during a big freeze 2 years ago last January, Butter and Dollar. I have no idea what their breed or mix of breeds are, they are kinda pit bully, and they make some awful hound noises.
I was blessed by my sister-in-law gifting me a rescue she found on the side of the road. My woof is a Shih tzu. I thought I was recusing her but if the truth is told, she rescued me.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

Yes, just yesterday as far as I know for Doggy Day. They loved them.

Starbucks has them year round i.e.puppuccinos. Not good for them in my opinion but once or twice a year is thrilling. This was puppy's first time.

Because chances are good that about 1 in 2 of them will be f*cking morons who think it's perfectly OK for a felon with 34 convictions to be in the White House while he ignores the rule of law and craps all over the Constitution on a daily basis.

I don't like wasting my time with said f*cking morons, and they would certainly not like it when I tear them a new one. It's so easily done when the target has no legs to stand on.

In-N-Out offers salt puppy patties and “flying Dutchmen” which is 2 patties with cheese melted in between for a buck or 2 each, and out dogs (and peeps) love the equally affordable kiddie cones at the McD’s drive thru ;-)
