What Natural Remedies Help You Sleep Better?

Hey friends,

Sleep is something we all need, but so many people struggle with it these days. I've been trying to improve my sleep naturally instead of relying on strong medicines. Some people recommend warm tea before bed, others talk about meditation, light exercise, or even certain herbal products.

I'd love to know from this community:

What natural remedies have actually worked for your sleep?

Do you follow any specific nighttime routine that makes a big difference?

Have you tried lifestyle changes like reducing screen time before bed?

Sharing tips could help all of us get better rest without stress. Looking forward to your suggestions! 🌙

I listen to a bedtime story on: [www.nothingmuchhappens.com]
I fall asleep as soon as I get into bed. But always wake up for extended times. These stories really help turn off my brain.

When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

nothing. ugh. tried head phones. they don't stay in or on my neck. I have sleep apnea so I move a lot. yes I wear my machine at night and it works. gives me farts but it works. I would rather be nasty then dead. my family thankfully didn't really care about burping or farting. I just got called out on the belching because I like soda a couple hours ago by teen girls in my sub class. I tried CBD gummies nope. I have some CBD oil lotion that I have yet to try. melatonin gives me some weird AF dreams. its getting worse as I age. the best thing I have found is to schedule a sub job prior. I force myself to go to bed at a decent hour which for me is a little past midnight tongue sticking out smiley I like blowing up my Facebook memories and looking at them. I tried giving caffeine up for about a year. it was to hard I need my 6 diet mountain dew s to function like a regular adult. speaking of which I found the best way to force myself to wake up in the morning is to not use the restroom before bed. nothing wakes me up better than my bladder. grinning smiley no I'm not kidding.

Sleep hasn't been a problem for me since I started wearing Laser Lite earplugs to bed. My spouse has obstructive apnea and won't use the CPAP that sits idle by the bed. So, earplugs meant for the firing range or factory work FTW.

I also manage to squeeze in regular exercise which I believe helps immensely in a lot of ways, sleep being one of them.
Apigenin+Magnesium+Meditation - or any combination

Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time and chance happen to them all.
At bedtime I take 1 Ibuprofen, 1 low dose aspirin, 1 magnesium (100mg). And a 1/4 of a delta 9 THC gummy(20 mg) that has CBD and CBN. I watch some bad police drama on one of the ion stations until I start to doze then I turn off the TV, and roll over on to my right side and fall asleep.

As a shift worker, I really try to prioritize my sleep hygiene and routine. I take a half a microdose gummy about an hour before I want to sleep. I also put lavender oil on the soles of my feet, watch a soothing nature or space documentary on Youtube, have a little snack, and then tuck in with my Zenimal. It is a little device which plays restful music or guides you thru 5-15 minute meditations. This way I can leave my phone in another room.
do you mind sharing the brand/type/strain of the gummy? I can send PM if that would be better.

A combination of deep breathing and cardio activity at bedtime makes me sleep like a baby.
I have my phone set to go into bedtime mode around 9 or 10 pm (weekday vs weekend). I watch documentaries or shows like Modern Marvels or How Its Made and those help put me to sleep. I usually smoke some indica and occasionally take melatonin.
I don't usually have a hard time falling asleep, it is the staying asleep I struggle with. Menopause has be up at 3 am and after that, no sleep is good sleep. I have resorted to taking a few hits of weed to get me calm again. Seems to be working for now. But I don't smoke in the house and it is starting to get really chilly at night. Might have to stick my head out a window soon.

The peri/menopause struggle is reallllllll. I go in the garage to smoke. I have found that the supplement Midnite "back to sleep" helps me the most with the falling back asleep and not making me groggy the next morning. Its basically melatonin with lemon balm and chamomile added.
Turning on a Kardashians episode seems to work.
A CPAP. The best thing that’s helped my sleep. I’m mad that I didn’t look into my sleep issues years earlier.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.
I usually have no problem with sleep, but when I do, I watch the far left on CNN or count money. Peace out! smiling smiley
