Spouse and I went to a limited venue, fast casual Mexican spot last night. I don't want to reveal any more. There will be growing pains I'm sure. We were the only ones there upon arrival. Fresh tasting food. Reminded me of a larger restaurant with good Mexican food near Newport Beach yrs ago. Will it scale up?
Hopefully they expand, keep the freshness, unique flavors and get exposed to MS audits.
