HELP! My CRI rating fell below 3

You really should remove the client names from your post. It's against the ICA's and the forum's posting guidelines to link them with the mystery shopping company.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

the only scheduler for CRI I seem to have problems with is that J Leiber. ANd she will drop your rating in a heartbeat.
I'm not sure which clients she works with, but my understanding is ratings are more linked to the computer than a matter of a scheduler "dropping" a rating. Flaking is half a point, cancelling is 1 point. The only manipulation of ratings by schedulers that I've seen are to remove a penalty to restore the rating. BTW, in 600 plus shops I have made errors which invalidated a shop several times and that either did not impact my rating or the deduction was so minuscule it wasn't noticeable.

Just an observation here...you're an IC (at least that's the fiction). Assuming you were clear when you applied for the jobs, you gave your conditions for taking them, which--as an IC--you have every right to do. Those were your terms. If the scheduler disregarded them, there was no contract, which means there should be no penalty. I would calmly call the scheduler and gently remind her of this prior communication.

I had a situation with BARE. When applying for a shop, I said I would do it IF I got two other shops nearby. I was assigned only the one. I copied by remarks and emailed the scheduler who did not respond. After three emails, I called and reminded her. She simply took it off my job log. Applied for assignments with AboutFace today. Told the scheduler I could do a shop if I got one nearby to justify the travel time and gas. No problem at all.

Good luck and let us know...
I would definitely contact the scheduler by phone. I had to do this morning and my scheduler was incredibly helpful, understanding of my situation, and resolved the negative rating issue. This may have been a one-and-only correction, but still, the problem was fixed. I like working with them since they do pay quickly as other's have also commented. The shops may not pay as well as some other companies, but I will take quick pay over waiting for nearly 2 months to get a few more dollars.
Sammy, you should not name the client on your post.

I had to go out of town and contacted a scheduler to remove 2 shops. She emailed back nicely and said she removed the shops and would not impact my rating.
