A Closer Look

I did my first shop for them yesterday. Everything went fine until I tried to submit the report. I could not sumbit the report until I replied No to "Did you get a receipt?" I contacted the scheduler and she said thanks for letting us know. I got another email saying they could not read my receipt as the edge was cut off. I looked the receipt and it was absolutely fine. I scanned the receipt 2 more times and sent it to the editor. I hope they pay me. I drove in a storm to a place 3 hours away to get an oil change. 30 mph winds and snow.

I have one problem with their receipt submission not properly uploading a receipt, but that was early on in the upload possibility being added to their website. Since then there have been no issues and even that one time they sent me an email telling me the receipts were missing. It was not a problem. They are about getting a good product to the client and will work with a shopper to do so, not try to beat you out of a fee/reimbursement.
I just did a great lunch test job for them, and although my receipt uploaded fine, I read everything, as did my scheduler, they said it was too light. There were 9 uploads. My scheduler wrote and told me to email it to her, and all was good...whew! This is a new restaurant group for them, gotta love them.

Live consciously....
I was so nervous.. my first shop for them but I scanned it to an email and she replied that it looked good. Whew!~ I have always wanted to work for them but never got a shop.
I've done a couple of shop through them and everything went fine with me receipt and payment wise.
I would be very surprised if you did not get paid. This is one MSP that bends over backwards to accept a shop.
More often than not, it is the scheduler that matters a lot and determines whether I want to work for a company. Most of the time, they are the only ones who have any direct contact with the shopper so they do have a big responsibility in being the face of the company. Speaking of which, I think I will sign up with them this minute winking smiley
I signed up with them and looking for shops. Does anyone knows when they post their shops?
They posted a couple of days ago...

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
They continue to post over a a5-7 day period here and throughout the month they throw shop back (I guess those that were not done when first assigned?)
That is the same here. The shops I like generally come in on day 2 or 3 and then there may be a few others that post a day or two after that.
I truly like this company and have worked for them for several years. Variety of types of shops and relatively reasonable reporting. You definitely have to follow the guidelines and one tip..... don't hesitate to write anything that went wrong or not quite right during your shop. The more the better. I check periodically throughout the month and sometimes have even received emails from them advising of open shops in my area.
Accoring to their site, I believe they say most of the jobs are posted close to the 20th of each month.
