CORI

Is anyone else having trouble logging into the website? I am using my correct ID and password and it is giving me an error message.

I have the same problem and I've got a shop to do today. I hadn't printed out the info. and think I remember what I'm supposed to do but would have liked to verify before I leave. Shop is for now till 1 pm.

I've sent message to Tech Support.
MAJOR Problems here!!

I tried to save a form on Friday and the form submitted EMPTY with nothing more than my receipts. Send two follow ups to helpdesk and received NO reply. Then I saw a message somewhere on the site that there was a system maintenance issue.

Now today, I can't log in and I found some wounded comrades on this forum...

Mozilla
IE
Android

All fail.
Is everyone using IE? I filed my first report for CORI last week, using Firefox. My IE is not working on my main computer. I received an email that I would need to redo my report using IE only. My report came through but there was missing information in parts of it. I switched to my laptop and redid the report and it went through within seconds and a rating an hour later.

Looks like I need to get my computer fixed so IE will work. Ween I am using IE, it will start to initialize, then saying connecting and then blink, nothing happens. Nothing progresses it is like I never signed on.... very frustrating...

I haven't had problems getting into CORI this weekend and I have been in and out doing reports. I guess I have been hitting it at the right time. Finally something in my favor!
Using Mozilla for everything. I ignored their recommendation. If your website can't do at least mozilla and IE, get a new website.

This is almost without a doubt damage from a virus/adware program or a current running malware program. Most programs still target and damage IE and have yet to design counterparts to infect Mozilla.

Download AVG antivirus, run a full scan and bootsector/rootkit scan. AVG is the best by far, and I've had a lot of viruses from indiscret web browsing in the past... Microsoft antimalware contradicts AVG so make sure to turn that off first.
I can't seem to figure out why CORI offers these odd commissions like $6.54 or $14.43? Does anyone else think this is strange? I've never seen another MSC do this.
goldfl..I agree with you, weird numbers

Marmani...I have Kapersky already loaded, and when I downloaded AVG it conflicted and slowed my computer to a permanent freeze. I had bought a new 3 in 1 and it locked up my computer when I installed it because both anti-viruses were running and I couldn't do anything. I had the AVG removed until Kapersky runs its subscription out and then will switch to AVG.

You are able to use Mozilla for CORI reports? That is what I was using and they said part of my report was missing because of it????
I did but after a recent issue I stopped. They told me submitting a form without IE and having it fail allows them to cancel the shop without further reason.

However, they sent me back a job I SWEAR was a dine-in assignment as a take out. I could be mistaken (it seems to happen a lot with this distinction though) because their emails do not send specific info about the job...
The commissions are wierd to me, too. And here in my city shopping on one side of town is basically not much different than the opposite side, yet one side pays more than the other.

The other think I don't get is their rating system. After turning in my last report I got this email.

"Our editing staff has reviewed and compiled feedback regarding your report. This feedback is designed to compliment areas you completed correctly and explain any areas you need improvement, for completing our reports and for requesting more assignments with our company.Your rating for this report is: 5

This tells me nothing and does not help me at all in doing better on my next report(s) and I found the 1.0 for spelling idiotic as I know my spelling was just fine.
Thanks for that info on the 5 being highest rating. I was thinking 1 to 10.

And on re-reading the part about trying to "incorporate any suggestions" I guess I should understand since they didn't really make any suggestions, then they didn't have any.

Does that make sense?
I am sweating it here. I did 2 gas station MS/reveals on Sunday. I was having issues with my computer and time/day stamp. When I submitted all of my pictures I had a time/day stamp on them. Now my visits still don't have the little green check mark, one of the jobs says reimbursement 0.00. I checked on the home page they got my receipts, but the time day stamp wasn't on them. Now I checked my other pics, and the time/day stamp is gone.

I don't know what to do! They have not disallowed the visits yet, but these were big buck and I don't want to lose them. If they are because of no time/day what would you guys suggest. The time/day WAS there!

HELP!
Do your copies have the date/time stamp? For sure they won't accept without them on one of the clients.

I don't keep hard copies, I only have ones on hard drive. My hard drive now shows no time/day. Although if I look at the file, the time/day there, just not on the pic.

Will they work with me? I had it on there! LOL.

Nope. There was a time when they would work with you on something like this, but no more. Either it's there or the shop is rejected. It's crazy since, as you said, the time/date is on the file, you have receipts reflecting the time and someone signs off on the paperwork. Excessive to say the least. If you can figure out a way to get those onto the pics they might work with you. The other option is to contact them ASAP and they should let you reshop. FYI, you will have to complete the entire evaluation again, new receipts and everythingsad smiley

Thank you LisaSTL!

I hopefully can download different time/day stamp program for the pics and they will take them. It was there. I wouldn't have shopped it if I couldn't get the stamp required. LOL. It stinks. I guess that is life.

I am going to take your advice and contact them, maybe they will let me reupload pics if I can get different program to stamp them. Worse case, I can reshop it. I want to keep my integrity intact. smiling smiley

Thanks.
In my experience, their computer system/reporting system is a really poor one. My most recent CRI shop was Sunday, I did a shop and it alone took me over 5 hours, between travel time (2 hrs.), doing the actual shop (1 hr to interact with 7 associates), writing up the report, needing to reinput the report 4 times because CRI's computer system was not working properly). All that for a $9.20 commission.
I continually have problems regardless of what browser I use.
I did get a reply from CRI to my message about the problem and was told that I should do my comments in WORD and then copy and paste to the report, "just in case". You cannot 'select all' and copy on this report form at all, so you still need to reinput all the other information the report requires. The only way to preserve your report is after a successful submission. What you get is some sort of text document that does not resemble the report at all.
Other companies that I work for offer you a pdf file that you can save or print.
My thought is that CRI's system is antiquated and they desperately need to update it. Any thoughts on this?
Sally, I too have had issues with CORI's software. Many times I've had to rewrite my report because their system isn't working properly. I hate that you can't save your work on their system.

I haven't had an issue yet (crossing fingers). DO you know what failed? I can switch back and forth between FF and IE, but really don't like using IE due to its massive security issues.
