Attitude

I firmly believe attitude matters as much as getting reports in on time,
writing good solid reports, admitting you didn't understand something, etc. I know if your always there, respond quickly to questions about your report, take it as still part of your job (annoying as it can be), they respect you. I have gotten paid and worked with due to having a good attitude, and been sent thank you emails and letters, in return, strong relationships are built (with certain smaller companies), whom I perfer to work with nowadays.
