Sinclair Pending

I just signed on with Sinclair. How long does it take for the status of a submitted shop to go from "PENDING" to approved? These shops were completed Friday and Saturday. The "PENDING" is bugging me.

I have noted them lingering in Pending for a week to 10 days and just don't pay attention. I know they will contact me if there is a problem with the report itself and I save a screen shot of the receipt submission screen showing the receipt went.

paranoia is pretty common... usually it comes from people that are named Scully or Mulder... but still pretty common...

This always happens with Sinclair. I have learned to keep all notes until the pending clears. They can email with a question as long as the shop is pending.
Good Company to work with.

I just (today) self-asssigned for two jobs in March, and got a confirmation email immediately. No problem ever with this company, except purchasing the
7.00 goody for myself, but love their stuff, so usually add a few $$'s and
pick up something cute for the kitchen like towels. The rules have changed for 2012 so, update your briefings.

Well, I've completed 5 jobs with them in the past 11 days. All are still pending, so I hope it is ok!!! We.will.see!!!

They will call you if there is a problem. This is one MSC you can feel ok about. I spoke to one scheduler who was a snit, but overall, they are the nicest people. I am guessing the snitty one was just having a bad day.

I keep trying to take a shop, but the qualifications always there and take so much time. Let me know how you deal w. this. It is exhausting and time consuming.

When you can self-assign they tell you to update briefings and qualifacations as neeeded, then self-assign...yes, briefings are something to do, but go fastI love their system, why isn't anyone self-assigning. I believe after
doing x amount of jobs, it automatically becomes available.

I believe you are correct. Once my briefings and testing were complete, I was able to self assign.
