For the second time, and over the exact same reason, my rating with CRI (who I typically like to work with) has been lowered. Not only is actually selecting dates to conduct a shop typically difficult, getting any response from them is nearly impossible. For the first experience, I was given a shop date when the location was closed. I e-mailed the scheduler 3 times prior to the date of the shop with no reply. I attempted to use the online chat but was kicked out of the system after waiting for 15 minutes. I finally got a response from the scheduler after the deadline for the shop to be conducted that basically said "tough luck". A similar situation happened again today. I began e-mailing the scheduler on Monday, then again yesterday. I attempted the online chat feature and still was kicked out after 15 minutes. I did not receive any response from the scheduler, until once again, it was after the shop time frame. Just be aware that if you have an issue that you know of well in advance of the shop date, it may be nearly impossible to have it resolved and your rating will be lowered. The rating is probably no big deal, but I am just really Type A, organized, and do my absolute best to complete every shop I accept accurately and on time so it really ticks me off when I don't receive the courtesy of a reply to multiple e-mails.
