Who is signed up with ACE in California and Pennsylvania?

Nope, no restaurants in my area from ACE. tsk.

Speaking of typos, there's a word in my post above <card> and have no idea what I meant. New keyboard and its doing its own thing ! Think I have to go back to the old dirty one. At least it typed what I meant to say. !

Your sense of smell is off, shoppingalong. The total posts are updated each time you post. Karina has only posted 6 times, so it currently reads 6. They all read 5 before her last post. She also gave feedback on other MSCs, which makes her seem like a new poster with a valid problem to me.

Agreed that shoppers who prefer not to use other payment methods can simply opt not to shop for Ace, but it also sucks that Karina may have to take a loss in learning that lesson.
I dont think my sense of smell is off.

Look,, the bank has a chat thing. She can go on there and come to some kind of solution with the bank. I doubt that she will have a loss. All she has to do is provide a copy of her drivers license and explain it is allowed in her state to have po box. If they want her home address give it, so they can verify who she is. That's how you get your money. Seems simple to me. Or send a notarized letter that the person pictured on the license is the person signing this letter or something like that. The bank is asking for proofs, and it has to be provided just as I couldnt renew my drivers license without all the proof they were asking for. There's a reason all these rules have been put in place by Homeland Security, although I also think its a tremendous invasion of privacy. They dont want to be involved with money laundering or illegals or terrorists -etc etc etc.........so you have to endure invasion of privacy.

They are the authorities, they have what you want, and if you want what they have, you have to give them what they want.

I was trying to say in a nice way that you were wrong about the number of posts and DL term issues.

You admit that the policies of the bank are a PITA, as well as an invasion of privacy, and your solution is to offer guesses that the money can be collected by offering a notarized letter, "or something like that."

The shopper performed the work in good faith and is now having to jump through hoops to get paid, and potentially forfeit the payment. That's hardly a troll post. It's a valid complaint.
Shoppingalong...you are obviously bias when it come to ACE...don't get me wrong...I enjoy shopping with ACE and think that they are one of the good MSCs...I was leary about Payquicker initially...one of their VPs spoke with me and satisfied my concerns...however...Katrina's predicament is a different issue all together...why you insist it is the Bank's problem is beyond me...you need to re-read at least 2 of Katrina's post...in particular:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
<"I've been very adamant about my privacy because of a safety issue, but it is sometimes a problem. I just hope ACE will do the right thing. They were always easy to deal with before they switched to this new system, but because of the issues getting paid (over 4 months now), I have not accepted any more assignments with their company.">

<" Alas, Payquicker has locked me out and will not even send the payment back to ACE until I provide a drivers license with a street address which is a trip to the DMV and a charge. AZ will put a PO on a license, especially for crime victims, but does require a physical address on file. I really don't know what my options are at this point - the $45 simply is not worth the trouble anymore but I feel like Payquicker has just gotten free money. Won't be doing business with ACE again. Their response was that I agreed to the new pay system, but I had no idea it would be this much of a hassle. They have my bank account info, ssn, dob, address, drivers license #, etc., and its still not enough for them. No problems with other companies paying me through PayPal, direct deposit, or check - just payquicker.">
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

As an Objective shopper...I read in between the lines of these 2 post of hers...to me it's clear that she is or has been a victim of some crime to the extent she feels the need to protect/conceal certain personal information for her protection...and has been doing this for quite sometime...

IMHO...this is an issue between her and ACE...and I will be surprise if they don't step-up and do the write thing...ACE is the one who contracted with Payquicker and I'm sure they have the where-with-all to intervene here...they have the info the bank needs in their files...we're not talking about thousands of dollars here...Katrina is already at a lost here, just in the time she's expended in trying to get paid...the question I have is why Payquicker will not return the funds to ACE if they can't disburse it to Katrina ?

Angie,
This is such a blatant lie on your part and dishonest. It has debunked repeatedly but even to assume that you did not know it and you claim it as a fact shows that you have a total lack of understanding what either paypal or payquicker are.

Neither of the two services are FDIC insured. They are not banks. Both paypal and payquicker are just transfer services. The money being transferred for both payquicker and paypal are FDIC insured by the respective banks they use.Shoppers can make up their own mind which service is more acceptable for their risk tolerance/time waste if there are problems.

The information below is directly from each company's website:

Payquicker-"PayQuicker is only a portal to help you manage your money...PayQuicker is an independent contractor for all purposes, except that PayQuicker acts as your agent only with respect to the custody of your funds. Within the United States your funds are held in an FDIC insured stored value account at UNB. By using the Service you assign PayQuicker as your agent with Bank to direct transactions you manage with the Services."

Paypal:"FDIC-Insured Banks As of June 30, 2008, your PayPal U.S. Dollar balances are held at the following institutions: Bank of America, N.A., Citibank, N.A., HSBC Bank USA, N.A., RBS Citizens Bank, N.A. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A."
OK Folks. I believe all the questions have been answered and I have had enough of this thread. Lets play nice and move on to other things.

Let this thread die.....

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
I personally would like to know the outcome of Katrina's issue...however...she probably has just given up...if so that's sad...to me it's not about the money anymore it's the principle of unfairly getting screwed out of monies rightfully earned & owed...
