greetings. my first suggestion is to get rid of your email address. you might want to protect your anonymity. there's a place to edit your posts.
second. there is a list of hundreds of companies on this Forum. I would do a search of each company, read what others have to say about it. Assume a lot of the negative comments are just from grumpy people like myself and trudge on. If you read tons of negatives and very few positives, move on to the next company.
third. don't take jobs for which the pay is insultingly low. you screw yourself. And the rest of us. calculate your travel time to and from the shop, your time at the shop, and your reporting time, as well as gas and other expenses (ink and paper for printing out guidelines, etc) sure you get to take deductions at tax time, but ... when I was new I actually lost money doing work because I did not take all these factors into consideration.
fourth. do the work as best you can and always be honest.
fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth. Read this Forum religiously. I read it every day. Wish I had known about it when I first started shopping because I would have avoided making lots of mistakes, shopping for companies that were unfair, taking low paying jobs, etc.
we are all here to help.
