what portion of business contract violations do you find silly? payments within the contracted due dates? you should take the law more seriously. and it's obvious that you stray away from these forums as displayed by the disconnectedness you exhibit between you and your shoppers.

business contract law requires more than trying. it means fulfilling the payment contracts within the represented time periods to avoid illegal misrepresentation of the corporation. you are indeed a corporate representative, and therefore legally responsible via affiliated representation.

we are not remotely concerned with the 1-10% of non-payments that were due to shopper error. we are rather concerned with the 90% of non-payments referenced on this forum which directly reflected corporate misrepresentation.

what types of threats are you referring to? i had sent a legal warning and it was promptly responded to.
> Any shopper who contacts the client

although i had contacted the client directly, my shop had not been excluded. you may not be in direct communication with your clients. they already know what's going on, and shoppers continue to contact them directly referencing your misrepresentation. it is virtually the norm at this point.

and misrepresentation of payment dates is even sillier. nonetheless, there are non-silly remedies.

now who's griping? every forum member here is in unity. you're the only one out of sync here.

we're not tying you up. we simply prefer to motivate you to comply with business contract laws.

excluded from what? getting recruited for more non-payed shops? laughable.

you're either very popular (or more likely infamous) or you don't know how to manage your spam folder. have you considered a new email address?

are you now suggesting that you're going to respond to everyone? that's news to the rest of us.

you were not in timely pace with contracted payment requirements even prior to maternity leave. and now you suggest that you're going to get caught up now that you've fallen even more behind? don't blame the baby. blame the corporation.

please don't use all caps. it is considered shouting. did you read the forum guidelines? they are much like shop guidelines. no shortcuts here please.
> I am

and we are trying to help you. we have noticed that you require help.

all of these shoppers have put in requests to simply be paid. and all payment requests are special.

yes, this thread, along with others, has alerted you to these payments issues, we're sure. we're glad to point these issues out for the sake of your awareness.
> I REALLY WISH the client read

the client has already read these threads. they're way ahead of you. you're the only one who's arrived late here.
> We are doing everything in our

that won't be enough. basic legal compliance to contract law is prefered.
> I SUGGEST everyone read SteveSoCal's post

the economy did not authorize your misrepresentation of payment timeframes.

you have inspired anything but assured rest among your contractors.

you have not displayed this authority in the past. rather, you just recently suggested that you were merely making 'special requests' as you called them to a higher corporate authority. are you now again suggesting that you represent the corporate authority?
> I don't threaten, I TELL IT LIKE IT IS.
you tell it like it was perhaps. but not how it currently is. and again, stop shouting with all caps. it sounds threatening.
> Again, I am trying to help you people.
too little, too late, 'you person'.
> Would you
> rather I just stop posting to let you know what is

we were already telling you what's going on. you arrived late to the party, and are just learning of it now.
> Just let me know.
let you know what? to stop posting? that sounds like a threat. you can run away if you like, but we'll still be her waiting for you to poke your nose in again. unless you decide to lurk in the background instead before your next appearance.

my account has always been fully updated. i haven't moved for 20 years throughout the duration of my mortgage.

of course not. it's entirely subconscious.

and perhaps why some forums may appear to hate you.

unless you use ALL CAPs like this.

you're suggesting that you have authority to help? do you have authority or don't you? you were making assurances before that the payments would be made. but it hasn't happened yet.
> I just want each and every one

you're offering a personal guarantee? just write personal checks to the shoppers then. your employer will pay you back within 90 days.

glad to hear. we've made progress.
> I am a mystery shopper myself and believe

are you suggesting that franchise compliance hasn't paid you either? yes, that has got to be quite frustrating.

not 30 years of contracted business payment misrepresentation, we hope?
> By the way, check out our

sure thing. will we be reimbursed $3000 for the cruise? the economy has been hit hard recently. but if franchise compliance is handing out free cruises, count me in.

sign me up. i'm in.

i've just submitted my shop requests.
