Informars

I would advise any new shopper or any shopper to proceed with caution when you do shops for them, especially the targeted shops.

When you try to please everybody, you end up pleasing nobody
I did one shop for them and they were extremely flexible with the scheduling.

It happened to be right around the Holidays and things were really hectic and I having ended up to reschedule. They gave me an extra day to do the report and still paid the bonus.
I do plenty of shops for them and they have been nothing but professional.
I don't want to go into the details, especially to supporters of informars. I am not saying that you are a supporter techman01, of course I don't know if you are or not. I stand by what I said in my first post.

Why should we listen when we can't hear what you said in your first post!
I have been shopping with them for only a little over a year - 18 shops & have nothing but good to say about them. Was paid $40 for an EASY shop at my own bank. Scheduling is easy, reports are fair, pay is fair, & I have always been paid on time. Just wish they had more shops!
That is fine OP that you have a criticism of an MSC, but we need the details in order to benefit from your experience.
I accepted a targeted shop with them, and because of all of the details and the qualification test, I thought it would be difficult. It was a very simple phone shop for which I got paid very well. The form was short and easy. I have only had good experiences with Informars over the years.
I don't need anyone to agree with me in order to know that I have been mistreated and I may or may not give more details later. Now I am trying to get paid for 2 shops that I did for them. I am considering reporting them,(Informars) , to the Better Business Bureau. I will save the details for them (the BBcool smiley for now. Hopefully they will decide to pay me before I report them. These were not the first shops that I have done for them. On one of their shops they do not tell you in advance that you may need to set aside a quiet time on 7 different days to call the target and that you may need to make more than 7 calls in order to be paid. This was not explained in the training session. I found out after I started the shop. Some of the instructions are contradictory to what they ask you to do. I could go on, but I choose not to. I would really just like to put this bad experience behind me. I really don't want to waste any more of my time. Different strokes for different folks.
