I managed to enter my report last night but I still cannot upload my receipt. I get an error every time i try. I tried sending it through the old receipt email but it came back not delivered. I also tried the the tech desk but it also came back not delivered. I guess I will just hold the receipt till they complain about it.

@Flash, it's working now, even with IE. You're right, it is slow. But hey, it took my report AND receipt. All is good!

My husband has been trying for 3 hours to submit all of his reports (10) to Service Intelligence.

He fills in the report -
Saves a copy for our files -
Clicks on "Submit" -
Gets a Confirmation Screen to go to the Invoice -
Submitted Report does NOT show up on the Invoice -
He goes BACK to his main page showing his shops -

ALL Shops "Due" are STILL showing up in his Shop Log.

Needless to say, he is getting really pissed. (He doesn't have to upload any receipts, just fill out reports)

Anyone else having this type of problem?

No, haven't seen that one. At the end of each shop, before they added the receipt upload, you got a note that the shop went through and would be on the invoice. Recognize that the June shops are at the top of the invoice and the July ones are below them. Now the shops I do have a link to upload the receipt but the ftp server is not working. To my surprise and delight the shops are all on the invoice as completed even though I needed to crash out of that page.

Edited to add: the shops are disappearing off the 'to do' list as expected, but the website is limping so badly that I was checking both the invoice and the 'to do' list from a second log on where if I refreshed I didn't need to worry about the site becoming non-responsive.

Yup, He's submitted all of them - tried to anyway.

He'd click on the "submit" link, get a confirmation that the report was submitted.

The invoice page would then show up - and there would be nothing there.

He goes back to his shop log - and all of the jobs are still showing up as "due in the next 7 days".

I just logged into his SE account and all of the jobs are still showing up.

Since he has to work tomorrow, I will just have to call our Account Manager and find out what the problem is. Like I said, he's po'd because he has to work tomorrow, has a couple of jobs after work - he doesn't have time now to submit them, so they'll all be overdue; there's no way he'll get to submit them tomorrow, and probably not until Friday night, which will be 48 hours after he completed them. (actually a little longer since he did them this morning).

Not much he can do about it, something is wrong with the website. (I told him the best thing to do was to submit an error report for every job, which he has.)

I just checked after reading the problems, but all looks well and my invoice have been updated to reflect the shops I inputted yesterday. BUT, I just got bounce back the receipts I emailed...so I guess we'll have to wait until their upload site is functioning before submitting them.

I just got a bounce back on the receipts I sent, so both batches now have bounced. An email to Andrienne also bounced. Media upload is still not working. Aargh! I hate it when they waste my time like this!
My husband did not even get a receipt upload request!

Andrienne sent him a note from last month (when neither DH nor I could upload receipts) telling us to email to her.

Methinks that SE's switch to "better servers" didn't work out that well, and now they are going to have a whole lot more problems!

I do not envy the Schedulers tomorrow!

I am registered and have shopped with them, but it's been a while. When I try to log-in, either from the link on this forum, or my bookmark, I get a "server connection failed" error. Is there a new url?
Darn it! I was able to upload one receipt successfully. The second one went into the black hole and then the upload site was down again. ARGH!

Argh!

Well, it's 5:21 AM AZ Time, and I'm attempting to submit 4 reports - Site is down again. I can log in just fine, but when I try and pull up the Survey and "Enter Job" - I get the following:

Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at ev.serviceintelligence.com.

I also get a connection problem attempting to use IE.

Shops were done yesterday, I will be leaving the house in about 2-3 hours since I have a full day of shops today. I won't be home until probably close to 6PM. I don't like waiting to submit my reports - close to 36 hours - but in this case, I've got no choice. Sad, these reports only take 5 minutes to input & submit!

Oh SE, get your website up & running, switched over and everything else that needs done! Purdy PLEEZE!!
