mVentix

Greetings!

I completed a shop for this company yesterday. It wass my 7th shop for them. The first ones all were successful, and show a current estimated pay date.

However, I don't see yesterday's shop at all. It doesn't show in the accepted or completed shops, and I don't see anywhere else to look.

I sent an email to this effect several hours earlier today, and I did not receive a reply.

Any ideas? Have I done something wrong?

The12: Don't panic yet. If you have a question for mVentix, YOU have to call THEM. They are friendly and will act to inform you what is going on. I've never gotten a response to email from them, but have reached them even on weekends.
I had that happen to me once. It was three shops that I had finished on a Friday night, in a storm. It was the last night before the deadline. I had a confirmination number for each one of them, but the next day they were gone. I paniced, sent emails, and worried about it all weekend. I don't remember the exact reason, but it had something to do with the fack they happened to be involved with a "spot check" type of thing with the client. They later showed back up, and I was given the explanation, (I just don't remember it well) and I was paid for the shops on time.

I've left a few messages, over the weekend and today.
I've sent an email.

I'm beginning to think they're all as lost as my report/assignment must be sad smiley

This happened to me on my first mVentix shop. It's likely going through their sometimes random quality assurance process, and won't appear in accepted or completed.

I emailed them about this and received a fairly prompt response, but YMMV regarding emails.
I finally heard back via telephone earlier today. They confirmed that yes, it is in their system. As @zlinedavid suggested, it is in random, spot quality checks.
