I'm not sure what your asking, but read instructions, sit at bar at least 45 minutes, check as you would for any bar audit, pourings, carding, etc. They are very detailed, so beware, and get receipt for bar.

I havent applied. I saw one on the board and was curious.
They have one shop here that's a good long drive but sounds fun, maybe on a Fri/Sat night. How do they pay, Irene? Are they a fav? The reimbursement looks generous enough.
They pay (I believe) the following month, I like them, but since my eye problem haven't been doing many...can't drive at night. I am doing a small
phone job for them.....I recommend them.

A DVR, or a cellphone with recording capabilities. Timings, pour methods, payment and tabs needs to be reported. If this shop is the one I'm thinking, at the bar - use of cell phones, laptops or netbooks is not disallowed.

I like them a lot. Because they are so detailed, when I did my first Coyle shop I was very well prepared.
