Bestmark password resets?

Anyone else get an e-mail telling them their password has been reset? The idea of the reset does not bother me. The e-mail is so poorly written it disconcerting.

I haven't seen one....maybe it is some type of scam? I would not click on any link in that e-mail, but go to Bestmark's site and try to log in.
No way would I use a link. I called the office and the person who answered the phone could not shed any light on the situation. I forwarded the e-mail and they are supposed to get back to me. The new password worked, but I still don't really know who changed it or why it was changed.

I just got an e-mail. There was a computer glitch that affected some accounts, not all. They also explained when the e-mails was written the person was thinking faster than they could type. We all get that, LOL! As far as I'm concerned it is all good. They recognized an issue before it became a problem and took the steps necessary to rectify the situation.

I do a lot of BestMark work and I did not get this email. Have you tried contacting your scheduler or sending an email to shops@bestmark.com??
As I said previously. I called the office, they had me forward the e-mail and have since gotten back with me to explain it only affected some accounts, not all.

I had the same email sent to me. I did not click on any links but I did go straight to the website and tried my old one and then the new one. The new one let me in. Now I'm going to have to memorize that one.

I, too, got this email. I tried logging into Bestmark using my original pw and it didn't work. So, opened the link to get my new pw and logged in using new pw. It worked fine, so appears legit.
