Beware Shop n' Chek

Most of us can relate. You're on the right track with the letter. Did you email it? Keep a paper trail whenever possible. If your emails aren't replied to, or you aren't satisfied with the reply, you may need to telephone the scheduler.

Could their email from QC have gone to your spam box?

Good luck with a good outcome.

They do not call. They email. I would check your spam notices before you contact them again, as Mert suggested, so that if need be you can say "that is where it went, mea culpa, and I have set up my mail box with you in my addresses now." :-)

I have checked, checked, and re-checked my spam. I routinely check my spam several times a day because sometime doula client emails get thrown in there. No email from MF.

Now they are saying they left me a voicemail. Are they forgetting that everyone has caller ID these days??
Wow.

I have been very happy shopping for Shop n'Chek, now known as Market Force. When you are taking the screen test you must actually READ the questions and answer them correctly, if you don't pay attention, you will answer wrong and it will exclude you from the shop.
You also have to be very very careful to move the cursor well away from the screening questions and glance over them to make sure no answers changed before hitting the submit. For some reason both their screening questions AND their questionnaire answers are very fragile and subject to change if you are not super cautious with your cursor.

Yes, Redrabbitt, I actually READ the questions.
And, Flash, I always click outside the radio button after marking my answers.

That's the beauty of a screenshot. There is no doubt about what I submitted to them.

Redrabbitt, I, too, was happy w/SNC for a while -- until I encountered this problem on some nicely bonused shops. And until I needed their Help Desk, which isn't.

The Help Desk is most often a joke. Some issues, however, can be 'kicked upstairs' although it is little better there.
They don't pay well, are sometimes demanding and have a supervisor who is nasty and threatening. They don't pay if a shop can't be completed at it's their fault. I stopped shopping for them after 250 shops.
