TIME SENSITIVE: Ritter Associates

As of last night and this morning, I can't log on to the Ritter website. I have 6-8 shops to do today but I can't access their locations, the instructions, or the forms. It is asking me to reset my password which I have tried to do but that doesn't work.

I called their office this morning (Saturday) and my scheduler tried to reset the password on his end but when I tried to log on, it still didn't work. No one from tech support is there on the weekends.

Is anyone else experiencing difficulties with their website and logging on?

P.S. I have tried logging on using Goggle Chrome (my norm) and I tried Internet Explorer but to no avail.

I use IE and am able to log inb with no problems. Hope it gets fixed soon for you.

If you were in contact with your scheduler why didn't he/she just email you your info? Knowing there were problems that weren't corrected?

I'm using Chrome and just logged on for the second time today.

Have you tried using the Quick Login link in one of the emails Ritter sent you?

I just logged in the regular way and it worked for me.

Good luck.
Yes, I tried the Quick Login and that was not working either. There is no pop-up blocker. When I called on Saturday morning, my scheduler was the only one in the office that day. He said that my account was still active so he could not figure out what the problem was. He said that tech support would be in on Monday morning.

I had to "cancel" the six shops scheduled for Saturday. I will not be penalized at all. He e-mailed me the addresses of the six shops but the reports are due within 12 hours of the shop and without access to the website, I would not be able to submit my shops in a timely manner.

Hopefully tech support will be able to fix the problem on Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Unless it would have screwed you up later, my inclination would have been to complete the shops already scheduled and report when the website was available.

LisaSTL ~ I debated doing that but the scheduler stressed the need to have the reports submitted within 12 hours of the shop. By waiting to input until Monday, it would have been almost 48 hours or longer.

Also, I did not have access to see, review, and print out the needed forms. I had not performed these shops in the past several months so I very easily could have missed something that I needed to complete the report.

I am not going to stress over it. I'll update you guys after tech support has a chance to figure out what was it going on.

P.S. I had another weird website issue with a different company, MCP. I created a different post for that one.

If you needed to review instructions, that is totally different. I get it when they need the results, but if their website is the issue....a late report would most likely be quicker than having to reschedule or repost and have another shopper go out.
