Got demoted from Measure Consumer Perspectives . . .anyone else?

I used to be able to self assign for these people, and as of a week ago, I can't anymore. I did have an issue with a shop, got it resolved and no longer can I self assign. Boo! (and all of the shops that I have applied for this week have not been given to me) Is it time I give up on these people? Has anyone else had this happen?

Happy Saturday, everyone!

It's weird. I used to get everything I applied for...lately nada..

But I didn't do anything wrong.

Whenever this happens, I always think the scheduler is buddy-buddy with a fav and giving first dibs to their fav shoppers...
My experience is that only some jobs are self-assign and you have to take the quiz. I am not having a problem right now. How long have you worked for them and what kind of shops cannot be self assigned? Or maybe it is the rotation thing. What does your message say when you try to self assign?
The legal phone shops and the nursing home shops are not letting me self assign. I put in the date I can do them and then it just is put into my applications. I started with them in June.
Yeah, sorry I do not know about these. It sounds to me like a possible glitch. Did you have any prob getting your reports in. I would contact the scheduler right away. Let me know b/c I work for them a lot.
I had one issue getting a report in Bc the attorney was on vacation, but emailed the scheduler to let them know. I ail send a follow up email to her to see if she knows.
I think it depends on the shop .... and sometimes on just what setting the scheduler has left it that batch of shops. I've worked for them for several years. Many times I "request" the shop and it self-assigns. Other times it simply goes to my requested shops box.
