is anbody else having issues?

I can't even request a chat now....I will NOT be happy if they remove this job from me after I have been trying to input with no success. I spoke with the same woman 2 times this morning on chat and she just kept telling me I was doing it wrong but have shopped for them for years and not that this issue....now NOBODy is on chat....

I was on their site assigning some jobs without an issue. Are you using IE? Whenever I use Chrome to input there are all sorts of error messages. Most of the time it still goes through without a hitch, but you never know.

Yes I'm using IE....

When I do a report on CRI, I use Firefox, it pops up an option that let me block any message error coming up. If I don't select that option every answer I give I receive error messages.

When was your shop? If it was just yesterday, you are good for today. My suggestion would be to call them. It's a helluva lot easier than that chat.

my shop was yesterday and I've been trying and trying...I'm sure if it's not in there soon somebody will just zap it. I never use firefox I learned that the hard way....

ive said it before and ill say it again, a company as large as them should be ashamed they cant make their platform compatible with all of today's browsers. There is no excuse for having a non-standards compliant website other then pure laziness.

well I've input this job 8 times...and same thing happens EVERY time....they have the copy of my receipt but says I must submit the report...I CAN'T PERFORM majic....I'm annoyed beyond belief. it's obvious if they go the receipt that I did the job...I even went to a different computer and exact same thing happened.

What exactly is happening?

when I hit submit....it just goes to an entirely different screen, when I go back into the job it has most of the stuff remembered but wipes out the names that I need to "select" from......

I have worked for them for YEARS and gonna get a ding for this, nevermind the fact that I bought something I didn't need or want AND wasted hours on it.

I don't think you'll get a ding for it. If that was the case my rating would be a 1.

I've been having trouble on the Cori site the last couple of days. Here's what happening. This is on convenience store audits.

After hitting submit, the report hangs around for a while and then throws me out. I click back in, and most of the answers are still there but all the uploaded pictures are gone. I answer the rest of the questions that are blank and put the pictures back in and click submit.

Then the report won't go, and the exceptions are nuts, for example the pumps will show 24 pumps when I have clicked 12. The report shows 12 in the dropdown but there are spaces for 24. The report now wants 12 more pictures with pump data. Go figure that out and get back to me, I'm waiting.

So then if I click 24 for the pumps and then click 12 it will fix itself. Or on the q's where it asked if I have worked for the company and I've clicked no, it wants a comment but won't take one, so I click around on it for a while and get it to go. That site definitely needs attention from a tech type nerd.

This is one of my favorite companies and I love to work with them, but their site is a little ditsy right now. I'm going to hang in, because they've been great to work with me when I haven't been at my best. I had issues with the way I lost a couple of shops a few weeks back and I thought I had hit the wall for sure, but someone up the ladder intervened and expressed concern. I still lost the shops, which from my viewpoint was just wrong, but I got attention and concern. It was professionally addressed by management and I appreciated that.

I would recommend continuing on with this company whether you lose that report or not. The shops I lost were both heavily bonused and on a route over 250 miles, but the money was a drop in the bucket compared to what they've paid me for work. I also did well on what they paid me for the remainder of the shops on that route. I didn't come out 100% good, but I can look away, smile, kiss a frog every now and then.

MDavis...I guess the point is they insist its MY problem and I don't mystery shop for fun. I will have to just get over it, but I'm put out to say the least...

nanabelle - I understand they're insisting it's your problem. That's exactly what happened on the shops I lost. We're sending everything over the internet and hoping the earth turns at both ends of the transmission, but sometimes this doesn't work out for us.

Of course you're put out. So was I. But you have the right attitude about getting over it and going on. I don't shop for them exclusively but I do enough that bailing out could cost me over $35,000 in revenue over a ten year period. I would have to replace that with something else I might like less. I won't take that chance lightly. It's always a good idea to back off so we can see more of the big picture.

MDavis - ive had that happen to me, but the report was actually submitted. No need to re-enter your info etc. I saw the exact same issue. I just closed the tab and went back to the page and the report shows as submitted, and was later graded fine.

techman - thanks for the input. I didn't think to check the shop list and see if it had transmitted. That's one more thing I've learned on the forum. I read all your posts and appreciate that you try to help others. Thank you.

Never let it be said i don't give credit when credit is due...I had also emailed the tech dept and received an email that they were checking into the problem and that my job would NOT be removed.....this morning I put it in ONCE again and after a couple of tries it WENT!!! I'm awaiting my grade and/or comments but at least it finally went through and I double checked and it's off my "my jobs"....fingers crossed.
