Question: Shopper's Critique

Good afternoon,

I just did my first shop for this MSC (Shopper's Critique) and the upload for the receipt did not work. So I sent it via email to the address indicated. I got an email that said they were reminding me to send it! I sent it 4 more times after every email I received from them with the Reference # my ID - Since I am a Newbie.....amy question is: Is this standard problem? or is it a problem with this company? So far, all of the other companies I have had no problem with uploading an or "communication."

Having done few shops for them I can only guess the e-mail was automatically generated since the receipt was not attached to the report. I had a similar problem with a different MSC. It took a week and e-mailing 3 different people before they acknowledged getting my receipt. It was also a really good company and just proves glitches happen to them all at some point or another.

Thanks, it finally got solved and part of it was my error. I was supposed to place the Reference # on the receipt,I did read it in the instructions and forgot. And, yes it is an automatic email. So far I haven't had any big problems like some that I read on this forum.

Also, reading some of the posts have really helped me.
