A Few company specific Questions

Marketforce: If they email and ask for clarification, you email them with it, and then you don't hear anything else, is that a sign that it is ok? Meaning I guess, will they inform you that they are rejecting the shop or is it a surprise when you don't get paid?

Intelli-shop: Do they rate jobs? I've had two shops out there for about 2 weeks. I can't tell what is going on with them.

Service Sleuth: You apply for a job, once that job is filled (let's say by someone else) does your application go away? Or do you have to delete it yourself? I had asked for clarification on a job before applying. They emailed me back with it and said they would be assigning that job at the end of the week. (The job isn't until October) That was 3 weeks ago and it is still in my pending jobs.

Sorry, updated 2nd question. not service excellence, it is Service sleuth. Thanks!
Thanks!!

In my experience, the Help Desk always respond, even though it sometimes takes a couple of days. If you are concerned, email them again. Another thing you can do is to check your receipt/CPI status. If it still says everything is verified, you're usually OK.

Yes, they rate jobs. Two weeks? That's a long time even for them. What's the SASSIE status for those jobs? If they are "received," you're OK.

On the SASSIE system, once a job is assigned to someone else, you don't see it anymore. However, the scheduler still has a record or who applied for the job. If you are still interested in the job, you may consider asking the scheduler nicely and find out what's going on. If you are concerned about getting the assignment when you aren't expecting it and no longer want it, just delete the application.
ummmmm sorry, if you tell me how to check the "Sassie staus" I'll be glad to look that up!

Intellishop takes a long time to review. Usually when I file a report it says "Completed," then a few days to a week later it says "Received." I'm guessing when it changes to "Received" they have done some kind of initial review. When they actually edit it, they give you the grade and I usually get an e-mail telling me the grade.

Market Force will always come back to you if they are not satisfied with your answer. I've never seen them surprise anyone at payment time by not paying for a shop. You get the canned-sounding "We're sorry, we can't pay you." If you don't hear from them, it's good. I actually dislike all communication from them, I prefer to fly completely under the radar.
Market Force: If after follow up, you hear nothing, that is GOOD news!

If your shop is going to be rejected, you will hear within 48 hours. It will say your shop is not being accepted for the following reasons:.------

You will never "not" get paid without a reason..... I have never had them not pay me...
thanks!!

I just started with Intellishop and have done two shops that show completed on 9/6 and 9/7, so how long before I get graded? I just started with them. I've been doing CRI for quite a while and they get back to you within a day or so.
I had a shop that took 3 weeks before it was graded by intelli-shop.
I have one from 8/22. Nothing yet.
