Burger Mystery Shops

I've been burned by the Carpet Cleaning mystery shop. Anyone have any negative experience with Mystery Shops for burgers?

It's OK to use Goodwin's name and ask about them, just not OK to name any of their clients. I have chosen not to Shop for Goodwin because of their payment issues. Many posters to this forum have reported that they do not pay within their posted payment terms. To read about the problems reported, use the "Search" function. Click "Search" near the center of the top line and search for "Goodwin," selecting "all dates." There's quite a bit to read over several years.
I did a restaurant shop and was not paid in 6 months. My bad, as I forgotten about it. I emailed them and was paid within 2 weeks.
Franchise Compliance / Chem Dry / Harris Research should be publicly named because they are running a scam. I'm sure the posting rules here allow for warning others of a known criminal activity, and any confidentiality agreement does not prevent the contractor from reporting that they have been the victim of a crime.

My negative experience with burger shops has been that too much fast food is bad for my waist line. The shopping part is easy, quick, and pays promptly.

The OP is asking about Goodwin's burger shops. Michael, are you saying that Goodwin now pays promptly?
I posted on another thread that Goodwin sent me a check in less than 90 days without a reminder and I was so surprised. It was the very FIRST time I received payment in less than 90 days. In the past it has always been after 90 days and after a reminder or several reminders.
They seem to be rectifying those payment issues. Yes, I had to pester them about being paid, but I did get a check from them recently and now they are up to date. Because of their payment issues I switched to using PayPal. Let's see what happens.

I use paypal for Goodwin. They still forget to pay, but correcting the error appears to happen quicker when they can just paypal it to you.
