A very understanding msc

The other day, I really screwed up. I was given a bar assignment by Regal Group for a bar called "Bar A". In the same property, there was a bar called "Bar B". Yes, you guessed it. I shopped the wrong bar. After explaining my error, Regal accepted my report anyway as they had an assignment for that one set for next month. Rarely do I make that kind of mistake, but even more rarely, have I known an MSC to be so understanding.

I did the same thing with an apartment shop. There were two Senior living communities right next to each other. Except the second one was hidden from view behind the first one so I thought the first one was the one to be shopped. Turns out it was the second one. Had to redo the shop.
teefer, that's great to hear but could you please edit your post so you don't identify the clients? If you just describe the two clients have very similar names, such as Moon and Noon, people will understand what happened.

Thanks.
OK, sorry. Will take more care in the future.
Hey no problem. Been there, done that. It would be great, though, if you could please edit your original post to remove the names. Thanks.
It's nice to hear a positive comment about a company that when above and beyond to help a shopper. smiling smiley
