Weekend Warrior shops

Do they pay if there is no client rep available? Should I get all the other info, check the model, etc? Anyway? Doing this Sat am.BB and Costco. Much appreciated.

The guideline explained how to submit the report if there is no rep or the wait is over 20 minutes. I'm also doing a Costco tomorrow morning. The guideline is only 4 pages and the first page answers your questions.
I completed this shop last week. It was VERY easy. I did not have to write any narratives.
Hey Cub: If you are still reading, and not a big deal, but wondering if I should get all the model info, etc even if I do not find a rep. I read the guideines, but did not see where it indicated that if there is no rep, you should still get all the other info indicated Know what I mean Jellybean?

Yes, you still get paid if the rep's not there, but it's reduced a few $. It says in the information what to do if no one's there.
I had one without a rep and was paid in full. I also collected all the information on the displays and took some pics with my phone. It seems the report wasn't set up well for no rep and it took answering some questions wrong to get it to submit.

Thanks, very helpful. Off to Costco and free snacks.
It was easy, the rep was at my Costco and we spoke for 5 minutes. I didn't dare to take both Costco and BB, as they are a mile apart and the hours made it seem like the same rep would go from Costco to BB. Has anyone ran into the same rep at different stores, or different weeks?
Yes Cub just as I am trying to do these &%#@ reports. They assigned it to me so I did it and explained it was the same rep and therefore did not approach or get TVpics b/c she was right there. If they do not accept this report it is one that I will fight. That plus other BMA report difficulties and topper.... my wallet was stolen while I was out shopping. I know better understand if newbies are having legit problems when they start, I would not blame them for quitting.
Sorry you lost your wallet. Now I'm glad I did not apply for both BB and Costco. The msc should have a list of the names of the reps. I love this msc.
Yeah so far I like them too, except for the current report. I will keep taking both b/c they are close to me and if they will pay me to report same rep, mighty fine w/ me.
On August 18th I completed one and the rep wasn't there, full pay. Last weekend at a different store the same thing happened and now they are deducting $5 from the pay. That was enough for me. I won't stop working for them, but I am not going somewhere on a weekend, waiting around for 20 plus minutes and then have them dock my pay because the rep didn't bother to show up. I'm not a fan of a reduced fee for a closed location, but if a location is closed the time on site is certainly minimal and sometimes you don't even have to get out of your car.

It is set at a flat $10. I guess that means there was no need to get the report in right away either.

In my area they pay $12 + $3 if you get your report in by 6 hrs. after the shop end time. I did one yesterday, finished my report at 7:00. It was graded by 8:00. TNS is a GREAT company!!!
They pay that in my area as well, if a rep is there. When the rep is not there, no bonus for early submission either.

Reduced pay for a closed location where you don't even have to get out of your car, and just spend a few minutes to document the location is truly closed, I can see... BUT... if you're expected to wait 20 minutes??? I'd be seriously pissed with reduced pay, too.

Compare that to the same type of job for another company the weekend before. Their report was the same whether the rep showed up or not and took less than 5 minutes either way. While the wait time was bumped up to 30 minutes, the pay was just over $17 with no reductions.
