Market force web site again having problems

As of this afternoon, cannot upload receipts. Also taking sooooo long to move from on survey page to the next, and/or triggering a generic "page not found" error message. Grrrrr.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.

I did a shop last night, was pooped, and woke up about 3:30 AM my time to make sure I did not go beyond the 12-hour reporting window.

After I did the spell check, I got caught in a loop and the website would not let me submit my report.

I went to sleep, woke up, and submitted my report; it was about two hours late.

I emailed HelpDesk to let them know what happened. No response yet. Hope I won't get a black mark.

The only proof I have is the timestamp on my PDF. I almost always save a PDF copy of my MFI report before submitting it.
