Any idea what this means? "An issue has been created for this project and sent to the client for review. Please wait to receive an email update from the client before proceeding with your inspection." Does it happen a lot and how long usually before you hear something?

That is just a fancy way of saying that TS has made some kind of mistake. It happens a lot. You may hear something tomorrow. Be Advised that TS monitors what is posted on this forum...

Robin - I've been doing a number of these business verifications and the "issue created" message is one I've gotten several times for all different reasons.
One bv had a two digit reversal in the address, just took one where my contact is out of the office for surgery so an issue was created for that, another listed the contacts incorrectly so I had to get approval from TS/client, another was because I couldn't make contact with the person listed which ended up being cancelled because the woman found out she already had the service she was applying for.
When the issues are resolved then you will get an email regarding the resolution and you can either move forward based on their instructions.
In the above the client correct the address, the surgery guy I'm supposed to call Friday this week, and the third one was cancelled.
I really, really like doing the bv's although they do not really pay enough unless you are doing one with PAD as you are doing them. I do them because I've met some nice people, learned a couple things and they are so easy.

Don't "assume" you're getting that PAD....email and find out....
Everytime I have been approved for a PAD for Trendsource, it shows "pending" in the job. I have always been paid the PAD.

I am confused. Yesterday I got the above message, and it still states that in the assignment. Today I get a reminder email to call and set up the appointment. To call, or not to call. That is the question!

They create their own confusion. It has been my experience that they have several people working on the same projects and not communicating with each other.

An "issue" is created on a BV... just means there is a conflict, such as in my case, the contact never showed up for the BV. And in my case, the BV case was closed and I was paid fully.
